In accordance with the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act, Regulation 2024/1689), which became effective on August 2, 2025, we publish the following information about the use of AI technologies on this website.

How We Use AI

• Website development: AI tools (GitHub Copilot) were used as an assistant during the development of this website. All resulting code was reviewed and approved by a human developer.
• Website content: Some texts on this website may have been prepared or edited with the help of AI tools. All content has been reviewed and approved by the website administrator.
• Photography: All photographs on this website are original works by Vladimír Vrána. No photographs were created by artificial intelligence. Photos may be technically optimized (compression, resizing) using automated tools.

Risk Category

This website falls under the minimal risk category according to the EU AI Act classification. We do not use AI for decision-making affecting user rights, biometric identification, profiling, or any other activities falling under the high-risk or unacceptable-risk category.

Automated Processing

No automated decision-making or visitor profiling using AI takes place on this website. The analytics tool (Vercel Analytics) serves only for anonymous traffic measurement and does not use AI for data processing.
